What do I have to do to attend this dress giveaway event?
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY students currently attending 8th grade - OR - Seniors who are currently attending High School may register for this event.
Registration is a TWO step process. You must complete BOTH processes SEPARATELY in order to attend.
At check in, you will be asked to provide your:
- Eventbrite ticket;
- Student ID (or a photo of it);
- Proof that the waiver has been completed.
FIRST - All Teens must book an appointment on Eventbrite-
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email that will contain your ticket to be admitted. The email will also contain the link to complete the waiver in case you have not had a chance to complete one through the link below. You may print your ticket if you prefer. However, in the spirit of saving trees a screenshot of the QR code on your phone would be ideal! Please ensure that you download your ticket to your phone prior to arriving for faster check-in. Our location does not have internet access. But don’t worry if you do not have access to the QR code. We can also check you in by name.
Please do NOT make multiple appointments in the same name. Each individual must have a ticket in their own name. Duplicate names will be deleted to 'one' appointment, and all 'incomplete' orders will be automatically deleted.
SECOND - Complete the waiver. If you are UNDER the age of 18, your parent/guardian must complete the waiver for you. If you are 18 years old, you can complete the waiver yourself. To access and complete the waiver, click the link below:

Can I bring a Sibling, Friend, Relative, Guardian/Parent/Chaperone to my appointment?
Unfortunately, no. Due to maximum space capacity and other limitations, ONLY students who have a scheduled appointment will be admitted into the dress area. We will allow ONE parent to attend with their 8th grade student, with a completed waiver for the parent.
How long is my appointment and what happens during?
We’d love to say, “shop till you drop,” but we need to stick to our schedule to make sure we can provide the same amazing experience for every teen who walks through our doors. After checking in you will be assigned a 'personal shopper' and will only have ONE HOUR to find your perfect graduation dress. Therefore, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can maximize your hour to find the perfect dress!
Please note, due to the limited time allowed (one-hour) that we can not admit teens that arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment time.
We have thousands of beautiful dresses, sizes 0 – 30, so we’re confident we will make your dreams real!
Am I limited to the number of dresses I can try on?
As there will be many students shopping and trying on dresses at the same time, and because we have a limited amount of dressing rooms available, if there is a long line for the fitting rooms, please expect to share a dressing room with others. Although please feel free to notify any of our staff if you have any special dressing room requests. We may also limit the number of dresses per dressing room visit to give everyone the opportunity to try on dresses.
To streamline the changing process, we suggest wearing slip on shoes, and, sport bra/bike shorts, or a swimsuit under your clothes. Please also limit your personal items (backpacks, large purses, etc.) as we do not have a location to keep them safe.
Please note, we will not allow any food, snacks, or beverages (except water) in the dress area to avoid damage to the dresses.

Can I book a group appointment for a School/Organization or group?
Yes, definitely! Make sure to have EACH student’s first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, and parent information when scheduling. Please DO NOT register appointments under the same name. Each individual must have a ticket in their name and complete a waiver. Duplicate appointments in the same name will be deleted to one appointment. Incomplete orders will automatically be deleted.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Our current location has complimentary parking available. The closest VTA Bus Lines are 21, 53, 59 & 60. Please visit www.VTA.Org to plan your trip.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes! If you know you will not be able to attend PLEASE cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible so we can provide an opportunity for other students on our waitlist to schedule their preferred appointment date.
Can I take pictures during my appointment?
We have a beautiful photo backdrop where you and your friends can strike a pose and take as many photos as you like! Although we DO NOT allow photos while inside the dressing rooms when other teens are changing and trying on dresses.
Are there any COVID guidelines this season?
No. Face coverings are optional while shopping inside the dress store.
Can I return/exchange my dress?
We want everyone to SPARKLE and SHINE for their event! However, we do not allow returns or exchanges.
