Caroline is the absolute BEST of the best! She was patient, determined and incredibly diligent in our home search. What can I say? Caroline has been a gem! My husband and I were looking for a house to call our own. We had definite ideas of what we wanted, and searched the listings every day for months. Each time we found a house we might be interested in, we would email or text Caroline, and she would look into the property further to see if it fit what we were looking for. She would look at past sales on the property, any additions that may or may not have been permitted, septic age and maps, etc. She was always very thorough. She wasnt in it for the sale. She showed us many, many homes, going above and beyond to make sure that we knew all the good and bad of each property we considered, and wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. She was able to find us a home that we are just thrilled with, at the best price possible. Not only did we find an amazing real estate person, we found a new friend! She also sold our condo in 2 days time. We received 8 offers and she went over each offer with us in detail and discussed the pros and cons of each one. She was able to get us the price we wanted, and negotiated all of the details in a timely manner. I would recommend Caroline to anyone who was interested in purchasing or selling. You wont be disappointed!
