    I’m grateful for my management team of TMV Capital and for the organisers of Vadovų konferencija EBIT for this two days experience of knowledge, networking and team building. Here are some of the findings from the event:1. Today we are living neither in a utopian world nor in the dystopian, but we are living in the protopia, where by iterating we get at leats 1 percent better every time.2. Life is full of highs and lows, but if we look back in to longer historical perspective, we can observe that the curve of human life quality is actually increasing. Therefore those who have a longer vision to the future are more optimistic of how the future will evolve.3. According to the happiness index, Lithuanians are in the top 20 of the happiest people in the world. Which could mean that we are optimists and have a long-term vision to the future. Which is an excellent precondition for our businesses to be even more successful. Because we also know that the further is not something that will happen to us, but it is something that we are going to create.

    Time for farewell. My 5 year period as the CEO of platform company Rideer Nordic came to an end with the arrival of the new year. I will soon move on to new opportunities of which more later on.The past 5 years has been a period marked by diverse challenges, valuable lessons, joy of triumphs and navigating through the COVID-caused complexities in the public transportation industry. At the same time, the company has grown to new business segments, new markets and the long-term strategic focus has become significantly clearer and more result-oriented. Rideer is now the market leader at both Finnish and Swedish markets and equipped with an accurate road map for future growth. I am grateful for the experience in many ways and look forward to following the company's future, now from the backseat as a shareholder. Letting go has been surprisingly hard as the company has become very important to me. Still, I am confident that the time for change is right for both me and Rideer.As for myself, the upcoming change is exciting - somewhat nerve-wracking even. Yet most of my life's best decisions have come from taking a leap into the unknown, and I trust that this will be no exception from that. Working as a Business Consultant in Strategy & Corporate Development meant driving and thriving in international Sales Up! Projects for Middle East 🇦🇪, Sweden 🇸🇪 and the USA 🇺🇸 while also gaining M&A expertise with the acquisition of shower drain specialist ESS.🚀 2.5-years later I got opened a window of opportunity by Martial Gil to step-out of my slowly gained comfort zone and make a big jump over the Atlantic to work as Business Developer LATAM, based in Mexico 🇲🇽. Cultures, languages, markets – all new, all different. What better chance to light the booster of one owns learning curve building-up solid hands-on market experience?🚀 2-years into the Expat experience things got once more spiced-up - thanks Victor Arnau - as I got entrusted with leading, developing and inspiring the Mexican organization as Managing Director.     Our #Fluctuation @ #Shopfloor | #Recruiting| Based on data analytics, the team found the attributes of people staying +90 days and used them, to shape our “best fit profile”, we called #VUCA profile. Attributes such as: - commuting time, - number of jobs on the last 12 months, - seniority on the last Job, - scholar level, - number of economic dependents, - 2nd source of incoming Are some effective predictors. Every week, they score and track % adherence to the profile in all Factories, and take improvement actions. ***We called “VUCA” because in our current times, Personal motivation drivers are changing fast… and we should adapt quickly!! ***Our #VUCA candidate profile is the equivalent to the buyer Persona profile, that marketing & sales teams use to define their ideal customers, and, is the perfect complement to our current diagnostics (Cognitive and behavioral) When hiring #BlueCollars #Shopfloor employees, do you focus on your (new) ideal customers? Or, do you still look for traditional profiles?
