Halloween is approaching and many events are fully booked. Here is a list of fun Halloween events you don't need to reserve in advance.
Get pumped because this fall is going to be spooktacular. Why, you ask? Because I've done this year's Halloween research so you can sit back and enjoy this year's festivities with minimal hassel.
Halloween is one of the best holidays of the year, and if you don't agree with me just ask your kids. Everyone loves a good dress up and some tasty candy even if we don't like to admit it.
Below are some fantastic opportunities for both adults and children to enjoy this spooky season!
1. Halloween at the Jardin des Traces, Uckange, France
Where: 1 rue du Jardin des Traces 57270 UCKANGE
Theses beautiful gardens have been decorated for this year's Halloween and can be visited from 4 October until 6 November 2022. You do not need to preregister and children under 4 benefit from free entry.
In addition, there is a special Halloween party on Sunday 23 October 2022 from 2pm with games for the children, spooky ambience, and a pumpkin carving workshop (extra cost).

2. Halloween Parade at the shopping center L’Hydrion in Arlon, Belgium
When: 29 October 2022
This is a great event for children. Have them wear their Halloween costumes to this event where they can Trick or Treat, get their faces painted, watch Halloween animations and much more!
The event is free. However, registration is required as there are different time slots.

3. Halloween parade in Arlon
When: 28 October 2022 at 2.30pm at Grand Place
This parade is a great opportunity to show off your costume and enjoy the festivities. Pets are permitted and no reservation is needed.

4. Waves Actisud France (near Metz)
When: 22 October to 6 November 2022
This shopping mall near Metz is celebrating its 8th anniversary, and has organized many activities for this year's Halloween.
Festivities include:
- The Haunted Carousel
- The horror Candy Bar
- Balloons sculptures
- Face-painting
- Games stands
- The little haunted train and much more more…

5. Halloween party at the Mediatheque de la Côte des Roses, Thionville France
When: 26 October 2022 from 2pm to 6pm

6. Pass by the Maison Illuminee de Haute Konz en Moselle, France
Address: Maison illuminée à Haute Kontz, 25 rue principale 57480 Haute Kontz
This is a private home in which the owner has decorated his garden with elaborate Halloween Decorations. It has become a landmark and popular sightseeing spot.

7. Free Halloween event at the Reine Fabiola Amusem*nt Park, in Namur, Belgium
When: 30 October 2022
Free admission and free Halloween activities
Those attending this event will have the opportunity to have their faces painted, and get non-permanent tattoos. There will also be a magician and much more... What's not to like?

8. Halloween in Bastogne, Belgium organized by the asbl Poisson Rouge
When: 22 October 2022
A great place to Trick or Treat with a costume competition for children between ages 4 and 12 years old plus a Halloween show and free popcorn.
There is an entry free, but you do not have to reserve in advance.

9. Halloween Party of the Skating Luxembourg CHPL
When: Saturday 29 October from 11.30am to 2pm
Where: Kockelscheuer Ice Rink
Skate at this spooky ice rink in your Halloween costume and enjoy various activities on and off the ice including a best costume competition.
Snacks and candies will also be available.

10. Local Halloween events at your Commune organized by the Parents Association
For example, the Halloween event in Junglister organized by parents at the primary school in Gonderange.

11. Children’s Halloween Festival at a playground
Where: Nauwieserplatz, Saarbrucken, Germany
When: 31 October 2022 from 5pm to 9.30pm

12. Halloween in the City
Where: S.Wendel, Germany
When: 31 October 2022 from 5pm.
S. Wendel is normally famous for its Christmas markets, but this is year they are hosting a big Halloween celebration.
A rich Halloween program has been created with various shows, including a fire show and of course a unique atmosphere in the streets of this beautiful town.
